High Season: Dec. 15 to March 16 (Easter, Winter 7 to 29 Jul, long holidays and national holidays.)

Low Season: March 16 to December 15

Terms and Conditions

• Breakfast upon request ( coffee, tea, milk, bread, jam, butter, cheese, ham, avocado, eggs, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit or fresh juice) $9 dollars x person.
• Daily cleaning of rooms (up to 13.30 hrs)
• Check In 15:00 hrs. to 22:00 hrs. (Please inform the estimated time of arrival)
• Check Out until 12:00 hrs
• Prices subject to confirmation reference
• Rates subject to change dollars at the rate of change
• Prices include VAT 19%

Reservations and Payments

They should pay 50% of the total value to guarantee the reservation, either by bank deposit or electronic transfer. The balance 50% is required upon check-in, either by electronic transfer or cash.

Cancellation Policy

With 30 days prior to check in, refunded 100% of payment of the reservation.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to check in, no refund will be made.
