Harvest your own organic food

We created our garden with the goal of reaching “sufficiency”, searching of a better quality of life. That is, we deal with the struggle to achieve higher living standards, fresh food, good, and organically produced, a pleasant life in a pleasant environment with a healthy body and peace of mind. All this as a result of hard and varied outdoor work giving the satisfaction that comes from the proper and efficient accomplishment of difficult and complicated tasks while showing a correct attitude toward the earth.

Our guests are invited to harvest their own food, from lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, beets, onions, celery, cucumbers, beans, peas, cabbage, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, chamomile, sage, mint, among many other. Give to us a list of vegetables you need for your stay and we will bring it to the door of your cabin.

All foods produced in our orchard are worked organically, that means we use animals fertilizers, compost and organic soil for food production. WE DO NOT use chemicals of any kind in our garden, No pesticides, No herbicides, No fertilizers. Ecoreserva Quelhue strives to use all natural way of food production.
